Selection

The national manager picks 22 players from your home country based on position ratings and form. The nationality you chose at player creation decides which national team you can join.

How to improve your odds

• Play in the highest division you can reach.
• Make sure you get minutes every round.
• Build a clear position rating in a position your country is thin in.
• Keep form and energy high.

Internationals and the World Cup

Internationals are played on Thursdays and the World Cup is decided every year. Selected players get a big training boost during the camp — even a single cap moves your development.
